Who I am
purplekoala is run by Chris Fullbrook, based in Bishop's Waltham, Hampshire. I am responsible for the personal information you give me through this website. You can contact me at chris@purplekoala.co.uk.
What I collect
If you send a message through the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and business name if you give them, and your message. If you call, message or book a call, I receive the details you share when you do.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out that work. I don't sell your information and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Contact form messages are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form handling service. If you book a call online, the booking service you use will process the details you enter there. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for as long as I need to deal with them. If we work together, I keep records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
